Equination.net is proud to announce the introduction of Breeder Standings! From now on, when you visit the Annual Stable Standings, you can view each conference or overall by their breeder earnings. What are breeder earnings? They are earnings generated by the horses that a particular stable has bred - though they may not own the horses any longer. At the end of this season there will be an addition made to the annual awards being the Breeder of the Year Award. The winner of this award will have the most breeder earnings overall.
You may notice that the numbers aren't 100% accurate and that is due to the fact that these standings didn't start recording anything until a few weeks into the season. Equination apologizes for any confusion, but assure everyone that next season will be accurate from the get-go. Equination is also planning on providing a few more extra statistics to view on breeders that should hopefully become available next season. Everyone is also advised that viewing the standings strictly for basic stables will not work, as the system for breeders earnings is not setup in that sense yet - though it should work properly next season.
With that said, Equination would like to congratulate the current overall leader by breeder standings - Jaguar Racing! Located in Australia, Jaguar's foals have earned nearly $21 Million already this season, and that's without the first couple of weeks worth of races added into that total. CONDA is leading the Europe conference with over $17 Million. In Canada, Rainy Day Stables has a solid lead with over $17 Million, as well. Decoy Racing is leading the USA conference with over $15 Million in breeder earnings and Sloppy Monkey is first in Japan, also with over $15 Million.
Equination is also planning on finally unveiling the stallion standings some time this month, as well. Good luck to all of the breeders in Equination!
