Kidnapped Runs Away in Juvenile; 'Inside' Takes Sire Stakes

The graded action for today kicked off early this morning with the running of two of three available races for the day. Both the Turf Club Juvenile (GIII) and the Winners Circle & Dancer Stable Sire Stakes (GIII) took place this morning. Each race attracted a solid field of two-year-olds and here are the results!

The Turf Club Juvenile, sponsored by the Turf Club, is a mile and a quarter race on the dirt for two-year-olds. A purse of $175,000 was available. In an impressive performance, Kidnapped took the lead out of the gates and never looked back, pulling away to a three and a half length victory. He earned a career- best 117.2 rating for his efforts. The Speedy TB homebred is a son of Magic Powder an French Kiss For Dummies. He has won 4 of 5 starts, earning over $300,000 so far in his career.

Finishing second with a 113.8 rating was Easy Street Conda who vied on the lead with Kidnapped for most of the race. The CONDA homebred filly is by Super Bowl out of Meqst Conda. She has won 4 of 5 starts, banking over $200,000 so far in her career. Crossing the wire third was Awesome Gent who received a 112.5 rating. The son of Awesome Austin and Steel Attraction MD is a homebred from Wildcat Racing. He has won 3 of 4 starts, earning over $175,000.

The Winners Circle & Dancer Stable Sire Stales, sponsored by Winners Circle, is a mile and a half race on the dirt for two-year-olds. Entrants must be sired by a select list of 33 stallions and they raced for a purse of $250,000. Crossing the wire first after setting a comfortable pace was Inside My Head who held on for a length and a quarter victory. The LHF homebred earned a 115.95 rating for his efforts. A son of Black Panter LDm and Greer Franco LD, Inside My Head has won 4 of 6 starts, never finishing worse than third, and has earned over $300,000.

Taking second place was Zip Za ldf who earned a 114.8 rating. The Dancer Stable homebred is a daughter of Legal Jousting and Shatter Zip. She has won 4 of 6 starts, never finishing worse than second, and has earned over $300,000 in her career. Crossing the wire third was Winner's Fantasia ldf who earned a 114.2 rating. The daughter of Pantera ldfm and Smokin lds is a homebred from Winners Circle. She has 2 wins in 5 starts, never finishing off the board, and has earned over $200,000.

Congratulations to all participants, handicappers and our remaining four survivor players! Survivor has been quite challenging lately with all four contestants having 2 strikes each for a couple of weeks. How much longer will they keep going?
